ABOUT MEStorm KopitschI am a wearer of many hats (figuratively). I started my librarian journey as a Library Page, then a Library Clerk, then a Library Assistant, then Head of Circulation, and now a Youth Services Librarian after receiving my MLIS from Wayne State University. This means that I've dabbled in pretty much every aspect of libraries - from shelving to circulation to reference to programming to collection development to social media marketing. I am a huge advocate for diversity and inclusion within all library services. Being approachable and personable are important qualities to me, and I let my personality shine in everything I do.
That being said, I am a huge geek. My idea of a fun night is a board game party with friends. I have an unhealthy relationship with sticky notes, I'm obsessed with dogs, I love being super comfy, I am active with the local theatre community, I eat way too many chocolate snacks, and I am addicted to going to Escape Rooms. |
